Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site automotive technician role in Tallahassee, FL. You will perform preventive maintenance, oil changes, tire services, and small repairs across a diverse fleet of newer vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or prior automotive maintenance experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• On-site work requirement; no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on our fleet, including oil changes and tire services.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards while working across multiple brands.
• Assist senior technicians and expand skills toward ASE certification.
• Contribute to keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for customers.
