PHARMA COMPANY seeks an Associate Director to manage Commercial/Performance Analytics. You will build dashboards, analyze market data, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape commercial strategy. Hands-on analytics and strong communication are essential. Location: Greater Philadelphia; in-office 3x/week; salary $170–180k plus bonus.

Requires 4+ years in pharma analytics; Power BI proficiency; advanced degree preferred. This role delivers real-time insights across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Statistics, Economics, or related field. Advanced Degree desired
• 4+ years of commercial analytics experience in pharma or life sciences
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills; Power BI experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track sales, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Analyze market, prescriber, and promotional data to inform targeting, segmentation, and field effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive strategy and execution.
• Support forecasting, ad hoc analysis, and business reviews across brands.
