Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech analytics or commercial operations.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, MMM, and A/B testing.
• Strong experience with pharma syndicated data (Specialty pharmacy, claims).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical leadership and insight generation.
• Develop predictive models to support brand strategy.
• Present complex analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Oversee data governance practices.
