It will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that analytics are relevant, impactful, and aligned with business objectives, helping stakeholders understand not just what the data shows, but why it matters and how it should influence strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hands-on development of predictive models, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and forecasting to support brand and commercial strategy.
  • Provide strategic insights on brand performance, marketing effectiveness, and business drivers

  • Present complex analyses in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring communication to the needs of each group.
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of dashboards, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports that provide context, highlight drivers, and reveal actionable opportunities.
  • Hands-On Data Analysis & Problem Solving.
  • Personally investigate complex, detailed data questions - validating sources, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring insights are built on accurate, reliable data.
  • Apply advanced analytical tools and methods to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies that drive deeper understanding.
  • Data Enablement & Governance
  • Oversee the availability, integrity, and usability of data sources, including CRM, patient services hub, distributor and specialty pharmacy data, marketing data, and other commercial or medical data domains
