Qualifications

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• If you have a stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience, we can train you.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet goals.
• Occasionally perform functions of Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as needed due to business needs or absences.
