Job summary

Experience in vehicle maintenance is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required. The role may involve stepping in for Lube Techs and Certified Technicians as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of leading a team and delivering excellent guest service.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Current and valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure store objectives, financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals.
• Cover roles as needed (Lube Techs, Mechanics) during business needs or absences.
