Jiffy Lube, operated by Stonebriar Auto Services LLC, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our busy location. You will provide hands-on leadership, train teammates, ensure safety, and drive guest service to meet company goals while maintaining an energetic, fun atmosphere.

This role may involve performing duties of Lube Techs or certified technicians as needed. A stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience is valued, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a physical environment is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed goals.
• Step in for Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians as needed due to business needs.
• Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
