You will mentor teammates, ensure safety, training, and performance goals are met, while maintaining an energetic, fun workplace. A valid driver’s license is required and prior supervisory experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives and guest service goals are met.

• Occasionally perform Lube Tech or Mechanic duties as required by business needs.
