Job summary

Carrols LLC, operating Burger King restaurants, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness and safety standards.

You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, control costs, and deliver strong financial results, while developing a high-performing team through coaching and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
