Job summary

Burger King is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager at our Augusta, ME location to drive restaurant performance and develop a high-performing team. You will work closely with the RGM to achieve operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial results.

You will lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold BK standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while driving sales growth and labor efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Lead strong operations by maintaining BK brand standards and removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and maintaining cash control & security protocols.
