Burger King® is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager, lead shifts, coach Team Members, and uphold BK standards across quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

You will drive guest satisfaction, support sales growth and labor efficiency while ensuring strong financial results. This hands‑on leadership role offers growth opportunities within the brand and organization.

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years leadership in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation
• Able to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards and ongoing learning and growth

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team
• Develop and support your people through coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members
• Lead strong operations by maintaining BK brand standards and removing roadblocks
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and cash controls
