• Willingness to recruit, train, and onboard staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations.
• Lead hotel operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Coach and develop team members; train and onboard new hires.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and staffing.
• Create and manage weekly staff schedules; ensure adequate coverage.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and conduct team meetings.
