You will work with the Senior Director of Construction Management to prioritize, plan, and execute projects with a focus on quality, safety, and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable mechanical skills and the ability to read blueprints and operate manuals.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
• Proven safety awareness and experience in hands-on construction or maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards for independent living homes and capital projects.
• Conduct formal walkthroughs to identify risks and safety controls.
• Serve as move-in coordinator for new residents, ensuring unit readiness and setup.
• Create and complete punch lists, demolition, and cleanup for projects.
• Assist in planning and managing multiple construction and remodeling projects across campuses.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage material procurement as needed.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and maintain professional conduct.
