Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly seeks Assembly Technicians to work on-site at local retailers such as Home Depot or Lowe's in Ogden, UT. The role involves assembling products, displays, and furniture, with seasonal fluctuations and flexible scheduling.

During training, pay is hourly; after training, pay transitions to a piece-rate system. Experienced techs may earn higher, with potential for earnings up to $30/hour depending on productivity.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background test.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Experience is a plus, but we will train.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products following manufacturer instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Check in with Retailer management to confirm the build list and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report to the Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave clients with a clean build area.
• Other responsibilities outlined in the employee handbook.
