NW Service Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician for on-site work at Home Depot/Lowe's in West Jordan, UT. You will assemble various products and displays, averaging pay by piece as you gain speed, with seasonal fluctuations and day shifts.

Starting pay is posted as $15.00–$25.00 per hour with potential to exceed this rate as productivity increases. Training leads to piece-rate earnings, and experienced technicians may earn $30/hour or more.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude; handy with assembly tasks.
• Has basic hand tools (cordless screw gun or impact driver).
• Must have a smartphone and email access.
• Able to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products following manufacturer instructions and retailer guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Check in with retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate with the Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave a neat build area.
