Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly is seeking Assembly Technicians to work on-site at local Retail Stores like Home Depot or Lowe's in Provo, UT. You will assemble merchandise and displays, including BBQs, wheelbarrows, lawn tractors and more.

Availability is seasonal with flexible scheduling; pay transitions to piece rate after training, typically $15–$25 per hour, with experienced techs earning up to $30/hour. Training provided; average earnings increase with productivity.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude; you are handy.
• Has Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver.
• A smartphone and e‑mail address; Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device.
• Ability to pass a background test.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products at retailer locations following manufacturer instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Check in with Retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate with the Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave a clean build area.
• Other responsibilities as outlined in the employee handbook.
