Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly seeks Assembly Technician to work on-site at local retail stores such as Home Depot or Lowe's. You will assemble merchandise and displays, including furniture, barbecues, wheelbarrows, and lawn equipment.

Pay transitions to a per-piece rate after training; typical earnings are $15-$25 per hour, with experienced technicians earning more up to about $30/hour. Role is physical, fast-paced, and seasonal, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision.
• A mechanical aptitude: you are handy.
• Has Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver.
• A smartphone and e-mail address; internet access.
• Ability to pass a background test.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old; reliable transportation.
• Capable of standing and lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Experience is a plus, but we will train.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products per manufacturer instructions and retailer guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Check in with retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate with the Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave a clean build area.
