You will communicate with your shift lead about project status, perform routine quality checks, and help maintain a positive, productive atmosphere by supporting teammates throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina to lift, stand, and move throughout shift.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team on the shop floor.
• Willingness to learn operating basic hand tools and small machinery.
