Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking an Assembly Technician in Indiana to assemble products using pneumatic and hand tools per specifications. The role requires the ability to organize the entire assembly process and perform quality checks, with emphasis on safety and timely reporting of production data.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years of production assembly experience preferred. Overtime may be required in accordance with production demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior production assembly experience, 1-2 yrs. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspection on product using total quality concepts.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Conduct quality checks using basic measurement equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety practices.
• Operate machines with safe working habits.
• Interact with technical support and downtime teams.
• Contribute to safety culture and report concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Coordinator.
