Industry One in Highland, Indiana is seeking a reliable team member to assist with assembly and movement of materials on the production floor. You will follow safety guidelines, keep your workstation clean and organized, and operate basic machinery to support daily production goals.

You will communicate with your shift lead about project status, perform routine quality checks, and help maintain a positive, productive atmosphere by supporting teammates throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina to lift, stand, and move throughout shift.
