Job summary

Green Water and Power in California is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support inventory, shipments, and site logistics for EV charging equipment and supplies. You will keep the warehouse orderly, pick and pack, and assist with tool kits and yard organization while safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork, with training provided and a competitive, DOE-based compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Warehouse or similar experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Basic math skills and inventory counting.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments of EV charging equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling.
• Maintain organized warehouse space and inventory records.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Deliver to job sites and coordinate with construction crews.
• Perform inventory counts and audits.
• Assist with fleet vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
