Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• CAMT and HVAC certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise on-site staff.
• Perform hands-on maintenance across appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Schedule work and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Review third-party inspections and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain grounds, curb appeal, and respond to emergencies on-call.
• Conduct inspections to ensure operating standards are met.
• Assist in capital improvement projects and bid solicitation.
• Participate in on-call duties as needed.
