Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent.
- Strong plumbing skills are required.
- HVAC experience preferred, with EPA or HVAC certification.
- Previous management/leadership experience in a maintenance setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of unit turns and coordination of work orders.
- On-call coverage for emergencies and after-hours issues.
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure quality workmanship.
