You will actively participate in core tasks while guiding the team toward efficient, scalable processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, with strong attention to detail and experience managing Seller Central, 3PL

Qualifications

• Hands-on operations and supply chain management experience.
• Experience mentoring a small team (2–3 staff).
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and 3PL coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from supplier to Amazon fulfillment centers.
• Manage Amazon account health, policy compliance, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and relationships with suppliers and 3PL providers.
• Lead a small team of operations staff with KPIs and accountability.
• Balance strategic direction with hands-on execution in daily operations.
