Prestige Staffing is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to bridge AI development and business needs. Based on-site in Homewood, IL, you will design, prototype, test, deploy, and improve practical AI tools with limited oversight.

You will translate stakeholder requirements into actionable AI solutions, build end-to-end tools, and collaborate with business teams to move initiatives quickly from concept to production. This hands-on role prioritizes real impact and execution.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly with minimal oversight.
• Own end-to-end: build, test, deploy, and improve AI solutions.
• Prioritize work based on business impact and feasibility.
• Partner with business teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Demo solutions to support adoption when needed.
• Explain solutions clearly to enable early rollout.
• Stay current with AI tools and capabilities and test new approaches.
