Prestige Staffing is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to bridge AI development and business needs. Based on-site in Homewood, IL, you will design, prototype, test, deploy, and improve practical AI tools with limited oversight.

You will translate stakeholder requirements into actionable AI solutions, build end-to-end tools, and collaborate with business teams to move initiatives quickly from concept to production. This hands-on role prioritizes real impact and execution.

The AI Solutions Specialist sits between AI development and the business—turning real stakeholder needs into working AI tools that teams can use right away. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role where you design, prototype, test, deploy, and improve practical AI solutions with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• Proven hands‑on experience building real AI solutions (not just theoretical knowledge)
• Strong independence and ability to work with minimal direction
• Practical problem‑solving with an emphasis on execution and outcomes
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable AI solutions
• Comfort pushing for clarity when requirements are vague or incomplete
