Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a hands-on Solutions Architect for the Agentic WorkSpaces program. You will embed with customers to accelerate production deployments of agentic AI within WorkSpaces, pairing with customer engineers to implement secure, scalable desktop AI.

You will lead model selection, prompt and tool configuration, and data readiness, building reusable artifacts and guiding customers from evaluation to production at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software, cloud, or infra domains.
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for apps/infrastructures.
• Experience with one of Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Agentic WorkSpaces for production deployment.
• Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Architect secure access patterns to cloud‑based data systems powering AI agents.
• Deploy Amazon WorkSpaces Personal, Pools and WorkSpaces Apps for agentic AI experiences.
• Guide customers through testing, evaluation, and validation of AI agent performance before production.
• Create reusable artifacts and contribute to the team knowledge base.
• Provide Voice‑of‑Customer feedback to inform product roadmap.
