Job summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect for Agentic WorkSpaces AI in the Atlanta area. You will be embedded with customers to prepare production-grade Agentic WorkSpaces deployments, coordinating model selection, prompt configuration, and tool integration across Bedrock and AWS services.

In this deeply technical role you will pair-program with customer engineers, write code, and co-build AI solutions in production environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in tech domains including cloud, infra, or security.
• 3+ years designing or consulting on infra/applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar.
• Hands-on agentic AI pattern experience.
• Familiar with MCP/A2A protocols.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock or similar.
• Understanding of VDI/DaaS architecture.
• MCP server deployment experience.
• RAG, vector databases, and knowledge bases.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer teams to understand requirements and translate into actionable plans.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Agentic WorkSpaces and integrate AI tools.
• Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and scripting (Python, Node.js).
• Architect secure access patterns to cloud data systems powering AI agent tools.
• Work with customers to deploy WorkSpaces platforms for agentic AI experiences.
• Guide customers through testing and validation of AI agent performance before production.
• Create reusable artifacts and share best practices across teams.
• Provide Voice-of-Customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
