Job summary

BeeHyv is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect – AI & Product Engineering to lead technical engagements with enterprise customers. This hands-on leadership role combines architecture, coding, AI strategy, and delivery, ensuring solutions are modern, scalable, and AI-enabled.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with Java and enterprise app development.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise applications, distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on while leading customer engagements and engineering teams.
• Experience with enterprise customers in a technical leadership role.
• Strong solution architecture and system design skills.
• Hands-on AI-enabled software development tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled applications including LLMs, RAG, intelligent agents, workflow orchestration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery to identify AI opportunities and modernization needs.
• Architect scalable enterprise software solutions spanning applications, data, cloud, and AI.
• Build rapid prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate ideas.
• Remain hands-on: review code, solve production issues, mentor engineers.
• Communicate architectural trade-offs to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Lead delivery across customer engagements and ensure successful production deployment.
