Job summary

Lance is seeking a hands-on engineer to deploy and build AI agents that run hotel operations. You will put Lance into live hotels, ensure it integrates with our software, and ship fixes yourself when it breaks. SWE titles are acceptable; operators who can build are preferred. This is not a pure support role or MT staff.

We value practical deployment experience and the ability to communicate with senior leadership without a translator. Expect a fast-paced environment in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 1+ years shipping software or deploying it for real customers.
• Able to write code and talk to a GM without a translator.
• US authorized; San Francisco-based work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and build Lance in live hotels and ensure it runs on the actual software.
• Ship fixes yourself when issues arise.
• Collaborate directly with hotel operators; not a pure support role.
