Job summary

Cavendish Professionals is helping a growing AI company hire Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver hands-on AI solutions into enterprise environments across the UK and Europe. You will own deployments end-to-end—from discovery through to production—working closely with customers to understand workflows and opportunities for automation.

The role requires 5+ years in delivery roles, hands-on experience with LLMs and APIs, and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in forward deployed/ AI delivery roles.
• Experience shipping AI/agentic systems to production.
• Hands-on with LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, APIs.
• End-to-end delivery lifecycle from scoping to go-live.
• Willing to travel UK/Europe ~3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end-to-end from discovery to go-live.
• Work with customers to understand workflows and automation opportunities.
• Translate business processes into agent logic, actions and rules.
• Build and deploy AI agents and integrations.
• Integrate AI agents with ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email and custom systems.
• Debug and improve live AI agents in production.
• Lead technical customer sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Create reusable deployment templates and runbooks.
• Feed customer insights back into Product and Engineering.
