Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our hotel leadership team. The AGM will partner with the General Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight across the hotel.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guest satisfaction, brand standards, and developing department leaders and associates.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive hotel management experience.
Marriott or Four Points by Sheraton experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Engineering.
Ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
Focus on guest satisfaction, brand standards, labor management and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations with the General Manager.
Provide leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and other departments.
Be a visible, hands-on leader across the property.
Support department leaders in achieving operational, guest-service, and associate-engagement goals.
Monitor operations, address staffing, maintenance and service issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies.
Monitor guest feedback and collaborate on service improvements.
Coach and develop department leaders and associates; support recruitment and retention.
