Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality, seeks a hands-on Front Office Manager (FOM) to lead the Front Office team and ensure exemplary guest service. The ideal candidate will bring Marriott brand experience and proficiency with LightSpeed PMS, with bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

This role requires visible leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage busy front desk operations while upholding Marriott and StepStone standards.

Qualifications

• Front Office leadership experience in a hotel environment required.
• Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with LightSpeed PMS preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong guest service and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations including Front Desk, Guest Services, and Night Audit.
• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to Front Office staff.
• Ensure professional, welcoming, and personalized guest service.
• Maintain Marriott brand standards and StepStone policies.
• Utilize LightSpeed PMS to manage reservations, billing, and reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure room availability and maintenance.
