Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Agentic Solutions Architect to design production-grade, agentic solutions on our internal platform across multiple delivery squads. You will shape options, communicate tradeoffs, and guide engineers toward secure, observable, and reusable outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to ensure architectures align with platform standards and engineering strategy. Hands-on work and team leadership will be required across a portfolio of use cases.

Qualifications

• AWS and cloud-hosted foundation models or agent platforms.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript, APIs, serverless or containerized workloads.
• Extensive software/solutions architecture and technical leadership experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI, agentic, or automation solutions.
• Understanding of identity, security, data privacy, and governance.
• Ability to influence multiple teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with team leadership to understand goals, workflows, users, constraints, and success metrics.
• Define agent package structure, task graphs, orchestration patterns, and integration points.
• Own solution architecture for a portfolio of use cases across squads.
• Translate architecture into work packages, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Communicate tradeoffs across scope, cost, quality, security, and delivery speed.
• Guide squads toward secure, observable, and reusable architectures.
