Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Phoenix seeks an Audit Manager to lead audits, reviews, and compilations for clients across Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate and estate/tax areas. Hybrid work options and base salary up to $140,000 DOE are offered.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, reviewing financial statements, and developing client relationships while expanding service offerings. Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge and CPA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years public accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA Candidate in process.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns.
• Strong GAAP/OCBOA and GAAS knowledge; Yellow Book familiarity.
• Experience with audits, reviews, and financial statement compilations.

Our client, located in north central Phoenix and one of Arizona's largest, locally owned CPA and business advisory firms, is looking for a stellar Audit Manager to join their team. This position will manage clients and staff and will work within several niches including Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Individual/Estate/Gift.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and base salary up to $140,000 DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Manage audits from start to finish
• Review field work of audits, reviews and compilations
• Review financial statements with full disclosures
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements
• Supervise other accountants (of varying levels of proficiency and experience)
• Develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing relationships
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed

Background Required:
