You will collect customer requirements, diagnose issues with senior engineers, and help optimize product performance while developing practical skills in field testing and network diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of 5G protocols, RF, antenna, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies.
• Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience working with next-generation wireless technologies.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on real-world product testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Assist in evaluating wireless network performance (LTE / 5G NR) through active field testing and validation.
• Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback.
• Partner with senior engineers to diagnose system issues, validate new features, and optimize overall performance.
