Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our fast-growing food & beverage operations. This is a working supervisor role, on the floor with your team to troubleshoot equipment, support repairs, and drive uptime in a busy production environment.

You will supervise production staff, ensure food safety and compliance with GMPs, train and motivate team members, and report daily outcomes to the Director of Operations. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years leading a team in a production environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees during the shift.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work area following food safety rules.
• Meet daily production goals while ensuring product quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues on the floor.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of staff, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Promote continuous improvement and provide daily production reports to leadership.
