Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced food & beverage manufacturing team. You will actively work on the floor, troubleshoot equipment, support repairs, and drive uptime while maintaining safety and quality.

The role emphasizes coaching, addressing disciplinary matters, and promoting continuous improvement, with reporting duties to the Director of Operations. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years leading a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees on shift.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant work area.
• Meet daily production goals while ensuring quality and food safety.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot issues on the floor.
• Prepare daily production reports for Director of Operations.
