Job summary

Sensical Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on Team Lead for the 2nd shift to supervise a 20+ person production team on the Solon, Ohio floor.

You will partner with the Production Supervisor to maintain daily workflow, drive productivity, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Team Lead or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with MRP systems and production planning is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 20+ full-time and temporary employees.
• Set safety, quality, cleanliness, and organization standards on the production floor.
• Communicate daily priorities and production expectations to the team.
• Monitor workflow and team performance throughout the shift.
• Train and onboard new employees; coach on performance, attendance, safety, and quality.
