Qualifications

• Degree in BS Architecture or related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years experience or licensed.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Computer literate with site coordination exposure.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and accept units from Construction Department and monitor warranties.
• Coordinate rectification of units with Buyers and Contractors.
• Coordinate warranty claims with Property Management and review proposals.
• Ensure readiness of units for handover and conduct handover to Buyers.
• Assist Buyers/Sellers in viewing inspections and provide technical assistance.
• Monitor units for maintenance and utility billings.
