Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
• Prepare plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Review and approve materials and finishes

Qualifications
