Job summary

Ortigas Estates is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer/Architect to coordinate the planning, architectural/engineering design, construction and development of Ortigas Estates. The role ensures that the site is ready to accommodate new product offerings and is future-proof and designed optimally.

The candidate should review plans, provide timely feedback, and coordinate design submissions with consultants while ensuring compliance with codal, zoning, and ordinances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in planning, design and construction management.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and manage planning, A&E design, construction and development of Ortigas Estates.
• Ensure site readiness and compliance to accommodate new products while ensuring future-proof and optimum design.
