Qualifications

• 3+ years of wholesale sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Experience selling handbags, accessories, or related consumer products within the off-price retail channel.
• Proven success growing wholesale accounts and developing new business.
• Strong understanding of wholesale pricing, margins, retail buying cycles, and account planning.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle
• Develop seasonal sales strategies and present product assortments based on customer needs and opportunities
• Drive new business through prospecting, outreach, and relationship development
• Negotiate pricing and order opportunities while maintaining margin goals
• Manage forecasts, open orders, sales reporting, and account performance
• Partner with product, design, and production teams to support customer-specific opportunities
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand existing and prospective accounts
• Provide strong ongoing customer service and resolve account needs in a timely manner
