Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the appropriate state.
• CPR certification (Basic Life Support, Level C).

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with a well-defined plan.
• Maintains accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries.
