Job summary

Raleigh Orthopaedic Group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Raleigh, NC. The position focuses on hand and upper-extremity therapy, patient evaluation, and individualized treatment planning.

Qualifications

• OT or PT degree from accredited program.
• Current NC licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• 2–3 years hand therapy experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment/home programs.
• Provide hand and upper-extremity therapy.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge summaries.
• Communicate patient progress with physicians and therapy leadership.
• Manage scheduling, charging, and delegation to support staff.
• Participate in continuing education and staff development.
