You will work with an established clinical team in a supportive, patient-focused environment and help residents regain mobility and quality of life.

This role offers a large, well-equipped rehabilitation gym and a newly renovated Skilled Nursing Unit, with flexible scheduling (PRN) and a collaborative team.

• NC OT license required.
