Job summary

Brunswick Physical Therapy, powered by Arete Health, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Porters Neck, NC clinic focusing on hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation.

You will evaluate patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, provide direct care, educate families, and collaborate with the team. CHT preferred but not required.

This full-time position offers competitive compensation ($90,000-$110,000 yearly) plus performance incentives and career development support.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted NC Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and evidence-based treatment skills.
• Interest in hand therapy and upper-extremity rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with hand and upper-extremity conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care using therapeutic activities, manual therapy, modalities, ADL retraining, and functional rehab.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document clinically.
• Collaborate with OT Director, Clinic Director, and rehab team.
