Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients via interview, observation and histories.
• Develop individualized goals and treatment plans.
• Instruct and counsel patients on regimens and exercises.
• Document patient care using the EMR system.
• Oversee OT Assistants and students and attend ongoing education.
