Job summary

The Bone & Joint Center in Minot, ND is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapist for our outpatient clinic. The position offers a standard 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekends or holidays.

You will assess, treat, and educate patients, oversee OT Assistants, and collaborate with orthopedic physicians to provide high-quality care. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with profit-sharing, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current North Dakota Occupational Therapy license.
• Preferred: CHT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through interview, observation, and histories.
• Develop treatment plans with goals and activities.
• Instruct patients on therapeutic regimens.
• Demonstrate and apply current research in daily care.
• Oversee OT Assistants and students.
• Document patient services in the EMR.
• Maintain infection-control policies and procedures.
