Job summary

The Bone & Joint Center in Minot, ND is seeking a full-time OT Hand Therapist for an outpatient clinic. Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, 40 hours weekly with potential for a part-time schedule. No weekends, no holidays, and no on-call.

Salary ranges from $34.29 to $48 per hour with quarterly incentive bonus potential. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with profit-sharing, generous PTO, and a CEU allowance for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current North Dakota OT license.
• CHT certification preferred; Strong knowledge of hand therapy best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through interview, observation and review of histories.
• Develop treatment plans and identify goals and activities to achieve them.
• Instruct and counsel patients on regimens and incorporate current research into daily care.
• Oversee OT Assistants and students; document services in EMR.
• Maintain infection control, OSHA and HIPAA compliance; attend ongoing education.
